Enable WooCommerce
The WooCommerce integration is part of the Mailaura WordPress plugin. Enable it in the plugin settings under 'WooCommerce'. Customers are automatically synced as subscribers.
Install and configure the Mailaura WordPress plugin.
Enable 'WooCommerce Integration' in plugin settings.
Choose which events to sync: Purchase, Cart, Customer account.
Configure default tags for WooCommerce customers.

With the integration, you can create e-commerce-specific automations: Welcome emails after first purchase, cross-selling recommendations, review requests, and win-back campaigns for inactive customers.
Tip
Create a workflow that sends a review request 7 days after purchase. This increases customer retention and generates social proof.
