Manage images and files for your email campaigns – upload media and use them in templates and the editor.
Upload Media
The media library is your central storage for all images and files. Supported formats include JPEG, PNG, GIF, SVG, and WebP. All files are delivered via the Mailaura CDN.

Go to Dashboard → Media.

Click 'Upload' and select your files.

Files are automatically optimized and served via CDN.
Using Media in the Editor
In the drag-and-drop editor, you can insert images directly from the media library. Alternatively, drag and drop images directly into the editor – they are uploaded automatically.
Tip
Optimize images before uploading: JPEG for photos, PNG for graphics with transparency. Keep file size under 200 KB per image for fast loading times.
