Create & Manage Tags
Tags are flexible labels you can assign to subscribers. They enable precise segmentation for campaigns and automations. Tags can be created, renamed, and deleted at any time.
Go to Dashboard → Subscribers → Tags.
Create new tags with a descriptive name (e.g., 'VIP', 'Newsletter', 'Customer').
Assign tags to individual subscribers or remove them.
Use tags during import: Automatically assign tags to imported contacts.
Using Tags for Segmentation
When creating a campaign, you can filter recipients by tags. Combine multiple tags for even more targeted segments. Tags are also supported in automations as triggers and actions.
Best Practice
Use a clear naming convention for tags, e.g., by source (website, event, import) or interest (product-a, newsletter, blog). This helps you stay organized.
